Project management

We understand that most construction projects are longer and more complicated than the average, for that reason you will be provided with a highly experienced project manager to help you through the process. All trades will be covered and overseen by the project manager, giving you complete peace of mind.

We also work with architects and structural engineers to ensure the work is completed within design tolerances and in line with legal and safety concerns.

Many construction jobs will need to have steel as part of the building work. This would include extensions, loft conversions and possibly garage conversions. We will provide the right grade steel, designing it and inserting it to the correct specifications – for your peace of mind.

We will work with you to ensure that the correct planning permission and building regulations are put in place before the work commences.
